Bob Swain
Bob Swain merged his consulting practice into CB4 in 2002 as one of the founding partners. Bob is a results-oriented senior business executive with more than 35 years of experience in the private sector where he owned and operated his own businesses.
In addition Bob has many years’ experience in the economic/business development arena, including 10 years with the Government of Manitoba as a senior business development specialist.
His strengths are in mentoring, counseling, management, negotiations, and change management. Bob specializes in packaging business requirements to allow the customer to receive a total solution. He brings to CB4 a unique perspective on customizing bundled business solutions
Cam Thompson
Cam Thompson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of financial services to small- and medium-sized businesses. He is a founding partner in CB4 having merged his consulting practice into CB4 in early 2002.
Prior to that, Cam served as the most senior representative in the Manitoba region for three major financial institutions, including 12 years with RoyNat Inc., latterly as Assistant Vice-President; two years as Regional Vice-President of Canadian Commercial Bank; and two years as Assistant Vice-President of the Hong Kong Bank of Canada.
He was also president of a private immigrant investor venture capital company and has successfully run his own financial consulting firm, providing a wide range of services to businesses in the region.
