Bob Swain merged his consulting practice into CB4 in 2002 as one of the founding partners. Bob is a results-oriented senior business executive with more than 35 years of experience in the private sector where he owned and operated his own businesses.

In addition Bob has many years' experience in the economic/business development arena, including 10 years with the Government of Manitoba as a senior business development specialist.

His strengths are in mentoring, counselling, management, negotiations, and change management. Bob specializes in packaging business requirements to allow the customer to receive a total solution. He brings to CB4 a unique perspective on customizing bundled business solutions.
